Isolating Pupils

Whilst the weekly homework tasks will be posted under the homework section, there may well be incidences where children need to self-isolate at home for a period of 14 days. In such an event, we would like to offer direction to a well-resourced and scheduled on-line curriculum that will help ensure your child does not fall behind during this time. The Oak Academy Trust resources can be accessed at  https://classroom.thenational.academy/schedule-by-year     and provide 3 or 4 daily lessons that are year group specific. A link has been provided below.

In addition, the class knowledge organisers have been attached in the relevant section on our web page, outlining the key areas of learning for the history topic on The Ancient Greeks and the science topic on Materials. Do use these guidelines to support your own research on these topics - the order we plan to study them in class has been recorded on the half-term curriculum planner, attached in the curriculum link on this web page. Where useful, I will also upload any class power point presentations that could give ideas for follow-up tasks.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact me through my email if you need any further information or support through this time.

On-going Home Learning

Below you will find links to a range of websites where you can access games and activities to further support your child's learning.

Real PE

We use Real PE in school to teach physical exercise. They have kindly set up a home learning portal for all parents to use at Brentry Primary. Have a look at their fantastic resources.
