Tomorrow is our Christmas lunch day and we’re hoping everyone enjoys a lovely, festive day together in school.

A gentle reminder that all school lunches must have been pre-ordered. If your child has not pre-ordered a Christmas lunch, please ensure they come to school with a packed lunch, as previously communicated.

Pupils are very welcome to wear a festive jumper if they would like to 🎅✨

Thank you for your support — we’re looking forward to a great day!

    • Year 4 RE

      Published 16/12/25

In RE, year 4 have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali. We have learnt that it’s a 5-day celebration where Diwa lamps are lit in order to welcome the goddess of wealth, Lakshmi, to Hindu homes. The lights are also to remember the story of Rama and Sita and to help guide them back home.

Over the last few days, we have been creating our own diwa lamps out of saltdough. The children were able to take these home with them this afternoon!  More photos can be found on Facebook.
