Our KS1 Film Night was a huge success! The children loved getting cosy to watch Arthur Christmas, and there were plenty of smiles, giggles and festive fun all evening. 
A huge thank you to all the staff who supported the evening — we couldn’t do it without you!

Our Breakfast Club children have been getting festive this week, designing and creating their very own Christmas badges! 
From sparkly snowflakes to cheeky elves, they've loved getting creative and showing off their brilliant ideas. We’re so proud of their fantastic work — what a lovely way to start the day! 
On Tuesday, Year 5 carried out a geography fieldwork task to explore the facilities available in our local area. The children used OS maps and questionnaires to collect and record their data, developing their map-reading and enquiry skills along the way. After all their hard work, they enjoyed a well-earned visit to the playground at the end of the session.
Our KS1 Arts & Crafts Club has been busy this week! 
The children have been designing and making their very own hats — lots of colour, creativity and big smiles all round.
We love seeing their imaginations shine! 
Year 3 joined Year 5 in Computing yesterday for a brilliant collaboration!
Our Year 5 pupils have been creating their own Scratch maze games, and Year 3 were invited in to test them out. 
There was lots of problem-solving, teamwork and plenty of excitement as the younger pupils put the games through their paces. Well done to everyone involved! 
Brentry Update A quick reminder that school will be closed to pupils tomorrow (Monday). We can’t wait to see everyone back in school on Tuesday, ready for another great term of learning!

Year 6 Baking Day
Year 6 have had a very busy (and very delicious!) day baking 
The classrooms have been filled with the smell of freshly baked cakes and a lot of teamwork, measuring, mixing and decorating! We’ve got 80 plus photos to share on Facebook so you can see all the fun in action – enjoy scrolling through our star bakers in action! 
Lots of their delicious creations were sold today, but don’t worry if you missed out — they’ll be selling again tomorrow! 
Our Year 2 pupils had an amazing day stepping back in time to the Victorian era! They dressed up in brilliant costumes, played traditional Victorian games, and even experienced what it was like to be in a Victorian classroom.
A fantastic day of learning and fun — well done Year 2!

It’s almost time for one of the spooktacular highlights of our school year!
On Thursday 6th November (the day of our Fireworks Spooktacular), pupils are invited to ditch their uniform and come dressed in their most fang-tastic fancy dress!
Entry is just £1, with lots of prizes to be won for the best costumes – and this year, the pupils will even get to judge the teachers’ costumes! 
To add to the fun, our school kitchen will be serving up a special themed lunch menu:
